In Notion 3.7, maintain skills in a shared library or database, invoke them with / in Notion Agent, and download SKILL.md for local agents. Downloads do not update silently: a badge marks changed skills, so teammates must download the revised version.
Who can restrict the models used by a workspace?
The September 9 release assigns model controls to workspace owners on Business or Enterprise. Owners can configure Notion Agent and Custom Agents separately and choose a default for Custom Agents. This is an owner setting, not a model preference each member can change for the whole workspace.
